POINT SYSTEM

This Travelmimi Points System has been incorporated into the User Agreement by reference and form part of your agreement with ZUJI Limited (“ZUJI” or the “Operator”), the Operator of this website (http://www.travelmimi.com).

The Operator reserves the right to make any changes to this Points System without prior notice to you. Your usage and participation in the Points system indicates that you have read, understood and freely agreed to these Redemption System.

1. Points Redemption:

(1) Members will be given or have Points deducted upon the occurrence of any one of the following:

1. Upon creating a valid account with Travelmimi : 100 points awarded
   
2. Creation of a new Mimi entry : 30 points awarded
   
3. Action of successful forwarding a Mimi entry to a friend : 5 points awarded
   
4. Commenting on a Mimi entry : 0.5 points awarded
   
5. Voting on a Mimi entry : 0.1 point awarded
   
6. Negative Vote by other Members : 1 point deducted per vote
   
7. Positive Vote by other Member(s) : 1 point awarded per vote
   
8. Popularity View : 0.1 point awarded per view

2. Points Ranking

1. Points received by a Member will be used to rank his / her popularity.
   
2. Currently, Points may not be used to redeem or be exchanged for any prizes or rewards. However, in the event that the Operator decides to put any prize or reward up for redemption, in addition to any terms and conditions attached to the prize or reward (“Prize”), the following will apply:
   
   1. The Prize(s) provided or awarded from time to time may be provided or fulfilled by third party travel service providers and you may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by the travel service providers for whom the Organizer acts as an agent including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies of airlines, cruise lines, car hire operators, hotels, validity periods, terms of use etc. By submitting a request to redeem a Prize, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Operator will not be liable to provide any replacement prize or to make compensation to you in the event that you subsequently attempt to withdraw your agreement to the above.
   2. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Organizer, in their sole discretion and subject to relevant legislation, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with something of equal value and/or specification. The Organizer’s determination of the value of the prize (of the part thereof) shall be taken as conclusive.

3. Contradiction with User Agreement

(1) In the event of any contradiction, discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this Points System and the User Agreement, the terms of the User Agreement shall apply.
