La Cucina Italiania - Wan Chai HK
My favourite Italian Restaurant in Macau has opened a store in Hong Kong. The best thing about this place is teh bread with the garlic pesto sauce. If you are a garlic fan then this is the place for you.
I would then recommend that you try the following dishes
Vongole with clams - very yummy and the pasta is al dente, cooked to perfection
Tuna salad with bread
Seafood soup

Hot Air Balloning
One of the best ways to see New Zealand is in a hot air balloon over the South Island. You can see the beauty of the rolling hills and farm lands of New Zealand from high above. The scenery is breath taking and even more amazing when you see it from such a height!
Several companies do the balloon experience which is listed below

Mt Ruapehu Ski and Snowboarding
If you want to ski or snowboard on the biggest mountain in New Zealand then this is the place! Mt Ruapehu has two skifields on it. Whakapapa is a great place with lots of trails of various skill levels. Turoa is also a great skifield located on the other side of the mountain with wide open terrain for great crusing and boarding.
Make sure that you catch the night life at the alpine village in Turoa with lots of great locals bands and pubs.

Cafe Litoral Best Macau food ever!
This is an amazing find and a supremely delicious place to eat.
Bread
Often you can tell the quality of a place by the bread that is served. The bread here is amazing. The unique combination of crunchy on the outside with piping hot on the inside is an amazing combination.
Clams
I love clams and when they are done with garlic and chilli it is amazing. They have managed to make it justy right without the chilli and garlic overwhelming the taste of the clams.
We also had the ox tail, the lamb chop, grilled sardine and claypot chicken all very yummy.
Would be going back there for a meal next time I am in Macau.
